Originally ordered the new screen for my pool on 9/22/26 and was advised it would be two or three weeks before work could be accomplished on the install. I was surprised to get the phone call on 10/01 that they would be installing my new screen on 10/02. The men arrived at approximately 08:15 and went right to work. They were very professional and ensured that the screen was installed quickly and rechecked to ensure everything was done correctly. Prior to leaving they rechecked around the work area to make sure everything was picked up from the job site. My wife and are I now feel like we are at the beach with the sand and palm trees blowing in the background when in our pool. I highly recommend that anyone looking for decorative screens on their pool screen to check out www,PrivateScreens.com. Superior folks and super job

Expert Patio screen repair in Central Florida
Patio screen repair in The Villages keeps your outdoor living space working the way it should. Florida's intense sun, afternoon storms, and high humidity put constant pressure on screen mesh, spline, and framing. Torn panels let mosquitoes and no-see-ums in. Sagging screens signal that spline has dried out or pulled loose. Corroded fasteners weaken the whole enclosure over time. At Private Screens, we started this business because outdoor spaces deserve more than a blank wall. A repaired screen gives you a clear, open view while keeping bugs and debris out. We assess the full enclosure, not just the visible tear, because damage in one panel often points to tension or alignment issues nearby. The Villages is an active community where patios get daily use, and HOA rules can govern screen color and enclosure style. We work within those requirements so your repair holds up and looks right. Call us to get your patio screen back in shape.

If damage is limited to a few torn or sagging panels, targeted repair is usually the right call. When most panels are worn, brittle, or pulling loose, a full rescreen makes more sense.
Florida's intense UV exposure weakens screen fibers, and afternoon storms can pull mesh from its spline or loosen fasteners. Daily use on an active patio adds wear that builds up over time.

Yes, even a small tear is enough for mosquitoes and no-see-ums to get through. Small openings also grow larger with wind and weather exposure if left unrepaired.
Yes, we repair screen doors including bent frames, torn mesh, and hardware issues that cause the door to stick or leave gaps. A door that does not close tightly is one of the most common ways bugs enter a patio enclosure in areas like Spring Hill and Ocala.
