Originally ordered the new screen for my pool on 9/22/26 and was advised it would be two or three weeks before work could be accomplished on the install. I was surprised to get the phone call on 10/01 that they would be installing my new screen on 10/02. The men arrived at approximately 08:15 and went right to work. They were very professional and ensured that the screen was installed quickly and rechecked to ensure everything was done correctly. Prior to leaving they rechecked around the work area to make sure everything was picked up from the job site. My wife and are I now feel like we are at the beach with the sand and palm trees blowing in the background when in our pool. I highly recommend that anyone looking for decorative screens on their pool screen to check out www,PrivateScreens.com. Superior folks and super job

Expert Pool screen repair in Central Florida
Pool screen repair in The Villages means fixing what Florida weather breaks down over time. Afternoon storms, intense UV exposure, and high humidity work against screen mesh, spline, fasteners, and framing all year long. Torn panels let in insects and debris. Sagging mesh puts stress on the surrounding frame. Loose or corroded fasteners allow the structure to shift and rattle. At Private Screens, we look at the full enclosure, not just the visible damage. Small tears can spread fast under wind pressure, so catching them early protects the frame and keeps your pool area usable. We serve homeowners across The Villages and surrounding Central Florida communities who want their pool space back without a full replacement when repair is the right call. Our work is rooted in a simple idea: your outdoor space should give you a better view and real privacy, not a blank wall or a bug-filled cage. Contact us to schedule your pool screen repair.

Pool screen repair FAQ
Common questions about pool screen repair in Central Florida.
Repair is usually the right call when damage is limited to a few torn or sagging panels and the frame is still solid. If mesh is brittle across most of the enclosure or the frame has shifted, a full rescreen may serve you better.
Florida's afternoon storms, strong winds, and intense UV exposure weaken mesh fibers over time, making tears more likely. Pets pushing against lower panels and storm debris are also common causes for homeowners in The Villages.
Yes, even a small tear can expand quickly under wind pressure and let insects into your pool area. Addressing it early in The Villages prevents the opening from spreading to neighboring panels.
Yes, Private Screens serves homeowners across a wide area including Orlando, Tampa, Ocala, Spring Hill, Cape Coral, Fort Myers, Sarasota, Naples, West Palm Beach, Fort Lauderdale, Miami, and more.
We repair torn or sagging mesh panels, loose or pulled-out spline, corroded or missing fasteners, and misaligned screen doors on pool enclosures throughout The Villages and surrounding areas.
Yes, storm damage to pool screens is not always visible from inside the enclosure right away. A post-storm check catches hidden tears, loosened fasteners, and frame shifts before they grow into larger repairs.
